School or community-based opportunities to experience what working is like. These might involve on-the-job evaluations or training for school credit or compensation, work-site tours, job shadows or other business contact activities.
Pre-Employment Services
Classroom activities offering information on jobs or careers of interest and what you need to know to be successful in those jobs or careers, as well as activities to help understand how to meet employer expectations and becoming prepared to seek jobs.
Transition Services
Activities and instruction on becoming more independent at home and in the community. Information on how to stay connected to useful services or to seek training and education opportunities after high school.
On-The-Job Services
Maintaining contact with businesses where our students are employed provides the opportunity to assist both employer and employee in continuing to meet the needs of the business.
